摘要:制备了ITO(indium tin oxide)光学薄膜用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯/纳米si02复合光固化涂料,研究了纳米SiO2的粒径大小、添加量及涂料中的溶剂搭配、助剂选择对硬化涂层防粘连效果、硬度、雾度等性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO。粒子平均粒径范围在50hm-130hm、粒子添加量在20%~25%时,硬化涂层的硬度为2H、雾度为0.76%-0.83%、防粘连性能较好;当溶剂选择PM/MEK=1/1或MIBK/IPA-1/1时,流平剂选择丙烯酸类时,摩擦系数小于O.20,涂层防粘连效果优异,可用于制作ITO硬化膜。
