摘要:目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法同时测定欧亚旋覆花中4种黄酮(槲皮素、木犀草素、菠叶素、6-甲氧基-木犀草素)含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温为40℃,流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.49%枸橼酸(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为360nm。结果:4种黄酮化合物的进样量分别在0.17-6.8μg(r=0.9999)、0.088-3.52μg(r=0.9999)、0.0202-0.808μg(r=0.9999)、0.045-1.8μg(r=0.9996)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率在96.03%-99.78%之间,RSD在0.73%-1.36%之间(n均=6)。结论:本方法简单、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于欧亚旋覆花药材及其制剂的质量控制。
