摘要:动物科学实验已成为生命医学的支撑条件,但动物的饲养所要求的屏障系统设施投资巨大、运转费用大的特点制约了动物实验的发展.具有节约能源、设备维护和运行费用低、对房屋要求低、减轻人员的劳动、防止交叉感染等优点,适合于清洁级以上大、小鼠饲育实验的独立通风笼具系统(IVC系统)弥补了传统屏障系统的缺陷.ⅣC技术在现阶段是一项值得推广的新技术.
