摘要:据经济合作与发展组织(OECD)2019年7月22日消息,OECD《战略教育治理问责的方式、目的及意义》(Means,Ends and Meaning in Accountability for Strategic Education Governance)报告。报告指出,教育理论和实践中的问责制一直极具争议,支持复杂教育系统中有关责任管理持续改进的系统方法尚未得到广泛应用。
