摘要:采用传统的和双温瞬时液相扩散(TLP)焊接工艺对TP304H/12Cr2MoWVTiB异种钢管进行了焊接,研究了不同焊接工艺对接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明:采用双温TLP焊接工艺所获得的焊接接头的组织和性能优于传统TLP焊接工艺的;采用1240℃加热30s、1200℃加热3min的双温焊接工艺所获得的接头抗拉强度为570MPa,弯曲角达180°时不断裂。
