摘要:利用精密的量热计系统地测定了白糖、冰糖和红糖的燃烧热,运用Origin数据处理软件并结合雷诺温度校正法得到ΔT,结果表明白糖燃烧时放出的热量最高,冰糖次之,红糖燃烧时放出的热量最少.此法准确、简便,具有一定的实际意义.
