摘要:上海交通大学生物化学与分子细胞生物学系,斯坦福大学医学院等处的研究人员合作完成了一项最新研究:“Interruption of intrachromosomal looping by CCCTC binding factor decoy proteins abrogates genomic imprinting of human insulin—like growth factor I”.揭开了胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF2)基因印迹丢失的奥秘。
