摘要:为改善某国v车型的油耗和排放特性,采用主动进气格栅(Active Grille Shutter,AGS)技术,研究AGS开启角度对整车阻力、整车油耗及关键排放物的影响。通过整车滑行试验(AGS、NOAGS)确定整车滑行阻力曲线;利用转鼓试验台加载滑行阻力曲线,开展NEDC工况下整车油耗及关键排放物测试。结果表明:安装AGS后油耗平均降低1.47%,CO2排放平均减少1.23%,THC排放减少13.5%,NMHC(非甲烷烃)排放降低15%,CO和NQ排放有所升高,但均处于国Ⅴ排放标准之内。
