摘要:基于熔融沉积(FDM)3D打印技术,围绕提高打印精度和塑件强度展开研究,提出了同心包覆结构的熔体打印机制;通过对打印机喷嘴的优化改进,设计出符合要求的同心共挤出的打印机喷嘴,并利用有限元分析软件对优化后喷嘴进行仿真模拟;通过试验对共挤喷嘴打印的塑件进行强度测试,结果证实:改进设计的打印机喷嘴对塑件的力学性能有明显的提升作用。
