摘要:利用水相合成法合成CdS,以此为荧光探针测定食品中蛋白质的含量.探讨了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对CdS荧光探针的增敏作用,并阐述了其作用原理.结果显示:在B-R(pH=7.50)的缓冲溶液中,线性方程为F=35.54862+2638.85091C(g/mL),相关系数r=0.99793,检出限是1.40×10-3mg/mL.该方法被应用于食品中蛋白质含量的检测,结果满意.
