摘要:为满足实时监测设备姿态的需求,提出将MEMS传感器与EtherCAT实时工业以太网技术相结合的处理方案。基于LAN9252从站控制芯片、STM32F407微处理器、MEMS传感器,设计了一种用于姿态监测的EtherCAT从站。STM32通过IIC通信接口读取MEMS采集到的姿态数据,融合姿态解算算法,求得运动物体的姿态角。STM32与LAN9252之间采用FSMC接口进行数据交互。EtherCAT从站将姿态角数据通过EtherCAT总线传递给EtherCAT主站,从而实现对多设备的实时姿态监测。经实验验证,设计的EtherCAT姿态监测从站能够准确测得设备姿态。
