摘要:自从1985年首次发现rho(ras homologous)基因以来[1],对其基因产物Rho及其信号传导通路Rho/Rho激酶(Rho kinase,ROK或Rho-associated coiled-coil-containing protein kinase,ROCK)的病理生理学已进行了广泛的研究.Rho/ROCK信号通路的主要生理功能为调节细胞骨架蛋白的合成、降解、移动和收缩等,并参与细胞的基本生命过程,如迁移、增殖和存活[2,3].
