摘要:Objective To describe the status quo of short term quality of life after discharge in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)following enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)pathway and to explore its influencing factors.Methods Surveys of 127 CRCs following ERAS pathway were conducted.The Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQC30)were issued at the discharge and 1 months after the operation,respectively.Results The score of global quality of life was 66.8±18.8.Education,surgical type,stoma,and the readiness for hospital discharge were influencing factors of global quality of life.Conclusion CRC patients'global quality of life is at the middle level.Patients with low education,open surgery,stoma and low readiness for hospital discharge are of poor global quality of life at 1 months after the operation,which should be regarded as the focus of medical attention.
