摘要：Objective To investigate the changes of brain whitematter microstructures in patients with methamphetamineaddiction and to analyze the correlation between thechanges of brain white matter microstructures and mentalsymptoms. Methods Twenty-five methamphetamine addictions(MA) and twenty-five healthy controls (HC)were enrolled through community and treatment centresfrom 2015 to 2016. The data of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) were obtained on 3. 0 T MRI scanner. All thesubjects' mental symptoms were assessed by symptomcheck list-90 (SCL-90). The fractional anisotropy (FA)was compared by the tract based spatial statistic ( TBSS).
