摘要：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of different treatmentoptions for cholecysto-choledocholithiasis ( CCL),and try to find the ideal treatment. Methods From January2006 to January 2016,a total of 3 107 patients withCCL from the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia MedicalUniversity were enrolled. Among them,1 283 patientswere in open cholecystectomy ( OC) and opencommon bile duct exploration (OCBDE) group,964 patientswere in laparoscopic cholecystectomy ( LC) andlaparoscopic common bile duct exploration ( LCBDE)group,and 860 patients were in endoscopic retrogradecholangiopancreatography ( ERCP) + LC group. Theclinical data of the three groups were analyzed. One-wayanalysis of variance and chi-square test were performedfor statistical analysis.
