摘要:与经典的双链DNA的双螺旋结构不同,富含鸟嘌呤碱基(G)的核苷酸序列,能够形成四链体结构(G-quadruplex)[1]。4个G通过Hoogsteen氢键配对先形成G四分体平面(G-tetrad);在含阳离子(K+、Na+等)的缓冲溶液中,或G-四链体稳定剂(G-quadruplex ligand,G-四链体配体)诱导条件下,两个以上的G四分体平面堆叠形成G-四链体结构[2]。
