摘要:运用ANSYS有限元软件建立CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道三维模型,开展砂浆层界面离缝对轨道板间纵连钢筋受力影响研究,并依托某高铁线路开展轨道板间纵连钢筋受力试验验证。结果表明:轨道板间纵连钢筋应力水平和板间接缝处离缝量随砂浆层界面离缝面积增加而增大;当接缝两侧相邻轨道板砂浆层界面离缝百分比均达到60%时,无砟轨道降温40℃时,轨道板间接缝处离缝量可达0.68mm,板间纵连钢筋应力达到0.8倍屈服强度,考虑现场轨道板间6根纵连钢筋受力的离散性,单根纵连钢筋受力可能接近或达到屈服强度。
