摘要:以SrO-SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3(SLAS)玻璃粉为原料,采用室温单向干压成型生坯片。生坯片在排胶后可在800~850℃烧结,满足SOFC密封温度需要。研究了不同颗粒度(3.94um、6.82um、27.98um和39.09um)的玻璃粉和在不同成型压力(5MPa、10MPa、15MPa和20MPa)下成型,对坯片致密化烧结性能的影响。结果表明:随着玻璃粉颗粒度减小,转化温度减小;当玻璃粉颗粒度为6.82um时,压力为5MP其线收缩率最大,达到17.60%;当玻璃粉颗粒度为6.82um,压力为20MPa其体积密度最大,达到3.21g/cm3,且断面基本致密,达到封接材料本身气体不泄漏的目的。
