摘要:光学相干断层成像(OCT)是新出现的医学成像技术,是将光学相干技术与激光扫描共焦技术相结合起来的,并利用波长1310 nm 为近红外光源通过光纤维传输信号来产生冠状动脉的图像。OCT的最大优势是它具有10倍于血管内超声的高分辨率(径向分辨率:10-15μm,侧向分辨率:20-25μm)。
