摘要:以聚十二内酰胺(PA12)和羟基磷灰石(HA)为实验材料,采用选择性激光烧结(SLS)技术成形具有优良力学性能的PA12/HA复合材料多孔支架。首先,利用响应面法得到最佳的工艺参数组合,并运用该参数组合成形PA12/HA复合材料多孔支架;然后,在L9(34)正交实验的基础上,研究了孔型、孔隙率和HA比例三因素对多孔支架力学性能的影响。结果表明:SLS最优工艺参数组合为激光功率27.5 W、扫描间距0.12 mm、扫描速率1500 mm/s;不同因素对PA12/HA多孔支架压缩强度的影响程度由大到小依次为孔隙率、孔型和HA比例;当孔隙率为60%、孔型为圆形、HA比例为15%时,压缩强度最大,为8.04 MPa;当孔隙率为80%、孔型为方形、HA比例为15%时,压缩强度最小,仅为0.26 MPa。
