摘要:选用纯Fe、Ni-Fe合金和Co-Fe合金作为填充金属对YG30硬质合金与45钢进行了TIG焊试验.运用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等设备对YG30/焊缝界面处的组织形貌及物相进行了研究.结果表明,纯Fe作为填充金属时,界面处产生的大块η相最多,Co-Fe合金次之,Ni-Fe合金最少.纯Fe和Ni-Fe合金作为填充金属时分布于界面区域的η相为Fe3W3C;Co-Fe合金作为填充金属时界面处产生的η相为Fe3W3C和Co3W3C的混合物.
