新鲜的蔬菜和冷冻过的蔬菜哪个更健康？刊登于《农业与食物化学》杂志的一篇研究表明．营养专家发现八种不同类型的冷冻水果和蔬菜在营养含量方面与新鲜的所差无几。研究者还发现冷冻过的玉米、青豆和蓝莓的维生素C含量甚至高于其新鲜种类。反过来，新鲜豌豆的维生素B2的含量则高于冷冻过的豆子。
