摘要:通过高温固相法合成了Dy3+、Tm3+、Gd3+单掺杂的ZnB2O4磷光体,研究了它们的热释光行为。结果表明,Dy3+或Tm3+单掺杂的ZnB2O4磷光体的主热释光峰分别位于224℃和200℃,热释光发射较强,为Dy3+和Tm3+的特征跃迁发射,Gd3+掺杂的ZnB2O4磷光体热释光峰位于200℃,发光强度较弱,基本为基质发射。采用峰形法计算了ZnB2O4∶0.04Dy3+磷光体热释发光的动力学参数,其陷井深度E为1.21eV,频率因子s为6.83×1011s-1,遵循二级动力学。
