摘要:以尿素为氮源,采用直接混合法制备了氮掺杂纳米TiO2粉末,再利用溶胶凝胶法制备的N-TiO2/壳聚糖复合水凝胶处理模拟染料废水(活性染料溶液),考察了N-TiO2/壳聚糖复合水凝胶用量、处理时间、处理温度、pH等对染料废水脱色效果的影响。结果表明:超声协助能显著提高染料废水的脱色率;活性染料初始质量浓度为0.04 g/L,溶液为弱酸性(pH=4~5)或弱碱性(pH=8~9),N-TiO2/壳聚糖复合水凝胶用量0.1 g,45℃处理45 min时,对染料废水的脱色率大于96%;N-TiO2/壳聚糖复合水凝胶处理染料废水时,不仅发生了物理吸附,而且还有光催化降解作用,但后者不显著。
