摘要:采用失重法研究了不同含量的Gd对Mg—Gd—Y—Sm—Zr系稀土镁合金抗腐蚀性能的影响,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了合金的显微组织及其腐蚀形貌,并对合金及其腐蚀产物进行了XRD分析。结果表明:经热处理后,Mg—Gd—Y—Sm—Zr系稀土镁合金主要由α—Mg基体和MgsGd和MgztYs析出相组成;随着Gd含量的增加,合金晶粒逐渐细化,析出相逐渐增多;合金的抗腐蚀性能随Gd含量的增加先减小后增大,其中Mg-12Gd-2Y-1Sm-0.5Zr合金的抗腐蚀性能最佳。
