摘要:传输速率超过10Gbit/s的NG-EPON(Next Generation EPON)技术是继EPON、10G-EPON之后的高速接入网解决方案。与EPON、10G-EPON在网络协议和拓扑结构上的兼容性使NG-EPON引起了国际标准组织的广泛关注。IEEE 802会议目前正在对NG-EPON的关键技术及应用场景进行讨论。我国FTTx市场进入了高速发展期,建设中所面临的新业务需求及网络部署特点对下一代PON技术提出了更高的要求,对NG-EPON技术进行研究,将确保网络的平滑演进,有力推动我国宽带提速的进程。
