摘要:适当剂量的安钠加可提高猪精液精子的活力,延长精液的保存时间,提高配种受胎率和产仔数.结果:每1 000 mL的稀释液中加入5~10mL的安钠加,与稀释液B、C相比,可延长精子保持受精能力24~36 h,具有显著的差异性(p<0.01);配种受胎率达95.6%,与稀释液B、C相比,具有显著的差异性(p<0.01);平均产仔数达11.6头,与稀释液B、C相比,具有显著的差异性(p<0.01);与进口稀释液进行对比,上述指标无显著性意义(p>0.05),达到进口稀释液的效果.
