摘要:针对航天器用CF170超高强度不锈钢齿轮的制造技术难题,采用高精度单向走丝精密线切割的加工方法,并通过优化渗氮参数和变形补偿技术,解决了因齿轮硬度高、模数小和外形尺寸小导致的难加工问题以及渗氮裂纹和渗氮后的变形问题,大幅度提升了CF170不锈钢齿轮的合格率。目前,相关技术已在航天器型号的齿轮生产中得到成功应用。
