摘要:随着国家对创新型人才的重视,实验教学质量的提升也受到持续关注。红外光谱作为物质鉴定的重要手段之一,在药学工作中具有多种应用,在药学专业实验教学中引入红外光谱具有重要意义。文章对衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)原理进行简介,对药学专业实验教学中引入红外光谱的原因进行思考,对ATR-FTIR在药学专业实验教学中应用及优势进行探讨。
