摘要:为了改善AB 3型储氢合金循环寿命较差的问题,文中采用真空感应熔炼技术制备了La 0.80- x Nd x Mg 0.20 Ni 3.35 Al 0.15 ( x =0.00,0.10,0.20,0.30)储氢合金,研究Nd部分取代La对AB 3合金微观相结构和电化学性能的影响.研究结果表明:合金主要由La 2Ni 7相、LaNi 5相和LaNi 3相组成,随着Nd含量的增加,合金中La 2Ni 7相的晶胞参数和晶胞体积先增大后减小.电化学测试表明Nd部分取代La降低了合金电极的最大放电容量,提高了合金电极的高倍率放电性能和循环寿命.
