摘要:细胞色素P450/环氧-二十碳三烯酸系统(Cytochrome P450/Epoxyeicosatrienoic Acid,CYP450/EETs)拮抗心血管疾病的作用近年来引起重视。目前发现,参与心血管自身保护作用的CYP450亚型主要是CYP2J2和CYP2J3,人类心脏及血管主要为CYP2J2,大鼠血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞中主要是CYP2J3,这两个亚型有70%的同源性,后者可催化花生四烯酸(Arachidonic Acid,AA)生成4种EET,分别为5,6-、8,9-、11,12-和14,15-EETE。
