摘要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)及电化学腐蚀、黄铜脱锌腐蚀和切削试验等,研究了Al、Sn对再生铋黄铜微观组织、腐蚀及切削性能的影响。结果表明,Al可明显改善铋黄铜的耐腐蚀性能,随着Al含量增加,材料的切削性能逐渐减弱;随着Sn含量增加,材料的腐蚀性能逐渐加强,而再生铋黄铜的切削性能呈先下降后上升的趋势,当Sn含量为0.5%时,合金的切削性能最差。
