摘要:基于摆线针轮接触理论,进行了RV减速器摆线轮的齿面接触应力计算。运用有限元方法提取了参与承载的摆线轮齿的齿面接触应力,并与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了模型的有效性。研究了等距误差、移距误差、针齿半径误差和针齿中心径向误差对齿面接触应力的影响规律。计算结果表明,针齿半径误差对齿面接触应力的影响最大;且针齿半径误差增大,齿面接触应力减小。
