摘要:文章分析了SDZ-3080感应仪器5V电源稳定性差、电容与线路板之间焊接不牢靠、八侧向电极系一号电极插针接触不良、线图系耐压性能差、仪器抗震性差等存在的先天性性缺陷,针对各种缺陷,提出并联电阻提高5v电源稳定性、给滤波电容装上固定夹增强稳定性、采用高温焊锡法改善八侧向电极系一号电极接触性、优选圆形密封线圈提高耐压性、设计导向胶锥下接头提高仪器抗震性等解决方法。改进后仪器应用效果明显,适应中原油田测井需求。
