摘要:燕山石化热电厂西区热力作业部两台FW-310/9.81-M型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉,设计以石油焦为主要燃料,掺烧小比例煤炭。但随着炼油生产结构调整、煤炭与石油焦市场价格变化、产汽成本控制等,两台CFB锅炉高掺煤比运行要求越来越高。本文阐述了CFB锅炉入炉燃料掺煤比对锅炉灰、渣碳含量与锅炉环保及安稳运行的影响,并通过实践证明该锅炉可以超出30%的设计掺煤比运行,掺煤比达到50%工况时运行安全、稳定。
