摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SO4^2-/SnO2-CeO2固体超强酸催化剂,采用X射线衍射和热重-差热分析方法对催化剂进行了表征。用SO4^2-/SnO2-CeO2固体超强酸催化剂催化松油醇与乙酸酐进行酯化反应合成乙酸松油酯,考察了松油醇与乙酸酐的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量对酯化反应的影响。实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件为:松油醇与乙酸酐的摩尔比1.0:1.2,反应温度50℃,反应时间3.5h,催化剂用量(以松油醇的质量计)3%。在该条件下,松油醇转化率达到98%以上,乙酸松油酯选择性为82.4%。SO4^2-/SnO2-CeO2固体超强酸催化剂具有较好的再生性能。
