摘要:通过管式炉对Fe-0.3Si钢和Fe-0.6Si钢进行高温氧化实验.结果表明:当氧化温度为1150和1200℃时,2个实验钢种的氧化铁皮结构都是双层结构,分别是外层和内层结构.内层结构是由FeO和Fe2SiO4组成,而外层是由Fe3O4和FeO组成的铁的氧化物组成的.同时在Fe2SiO4层中发现点状和棒状的FeO共晶组织.Fe2SiO4是由SiO2和FeO的固相反应形成的.在2种氧化温度下,Fe2SiO4均出现熔化现象,并且向氧化铁皮内部和基体内部扩散,说明在高温状态下形成的Fe2SiO4的熔点偏离了理论熔点温度.
