    PL-1 Presynaptic Endosomal Cathepsin D Regulates the Biogenesis of GABAergic Synaptic Vesicles DUAN Shu-min Zhejiang University School of Medicine,Hangzhou,310058,China Dr. Shumin Duan is a professor at Zhejiang University School of Medicine,China. He got his Ph. D. from Kyushu University in Japan in 1991 and received a postdoctoral training at University of Hawaii and University of California at San Francisco during 1997-1999. His research interests include the function and the mechanisms of neuronglia interactions in health and disease and neural circuit mechanisms of brain functions. He is an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a member of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (TWAS). He is the president of Chinese Society for Neuroscience and a council member of International Brain Research Organization. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Neuroscience Bulletin and an editorial board member in several international neuroscience journals.

    IL-1 Alpha-CaMKII Activity and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder WANG Jia-yue,AN Shu-ming,ZHANG Xu-liang,DUAN Yan-hong,CAO Xiao-hua* Key Laboratory of Brain Functional Genomics,Ministry of Education,School of Life Sciences,East China Normal University,Shanghai,200062,China Dr. Xiaohua Cao is a professor and a head of Synaptic Plasticity & Memory Research Division of the Key Laboratory of Education Ministry for Brain Functional Genomics at East China Normal University. Dr. Cao obtained her Ph.D. degree from East China Normal University and is currently Director of Chinese Society for Physiology,the Committee Members of Stress Neurobiology Branch of Chinese Society for Neuroscience,and Physiology & Psychology. She also serves as editorial board member for journal of Educational Biology. Dr. Cao received her postdoctoral trainings at Fudan University (China),Princeton University and Boston University (USA). Her research interests involve underlying molecular,cellular and neural circuital mechanisms of memory and emotion,as well as implications of certain changes in pathological conditions,such as Alzheimer’s disease,Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression. Dr. Cao has received numerous research funding supports from “973”,“863” plan,MOST China-Israel Cooperation Scientific Research Program and National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published more than 50 peer- reviewed research articles including Nature,The New England Journal of Medicine, Neuron (cover story),Cell Research,PNAS,Cerebral Cortex,Current Biology,Crit Care Med,Journal of Neuroscience and Neuropharmacology.

    YF-1 The Therapeutic Potential of Bilabolide on Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis( EAE) Mice Miao Qiang,born March,1993,is a master in Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine,majoring in encephalopathy of Chinese medicine. In 2012,I became a nursing student at Shanxi College of Chinese Medicine. And in next year,I won the first prize in a contest of student activity named “Students on the Platform”. Since December 2013,I have studied clinical medicine with Professor Lv Kang,who is a great otolaryngologist. After nearly seven years of learning with her,I gained more experience and confidence in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in otolaryngology by using Chinese medical methods and technologies, especially in chronic tonsillitis,allergic rhinitis and other diseases. After graduating from Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine in 2016,I passed the postgraduate entrance examination of Alma Mater to pursue my master degree in encephalopathy of Chinese medicine. Subsequently, I studied with Professor Ma Cun-Gen and Professor Xiao Bao-Guo.

    OA-1 CXCR2 Antagonism Promotes Oligodendrocyte Precursor Cell Differentiation and Enhances Remyelination in A Mouse Model of Multiple Sclerosis WANG Lu,YANG Han-yu,ZANG Cai-xia,DONG Yi,SHANG Jun-mei,CHEN Jia-jing,WANG Yue,LIU Hui, ZHANG Zi-hong,XU Heng,BAO Xiu-qi,ZHANG Dan State Key Laboratory of Natural Products and Functions,Institute of Materia Medica,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College,Beijing,100050,China 【ABSTRACT】 Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a chronic autoimmune demyelinating disease characterized by the autoimmune attack of oligodendrocytes,leading to demyelination and progressive functional deficits. CXC chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2) is recently reported to orchestrate the migration,proliferation and differentiation of oligodendrocyte precursor cells (OPCs),which implies its possible involvement in the demyelinating process. Here,we used a CXCR2 antagonist,compound 2,as a tool to investigate the role of CXCR2 in demyelination and the underlying mechanism. The primary cultured oligodendrocytes and cuprizone (CPZ)- intoxicated mice were applied in the present study.
