摘要:为了增产碳五,利用Aspen Plus软件中Rad Frca严格计算模块和BK10热力学方法对连续重整装置预加氢系统脱异戊烷塔进行流程模拟计算,并考察了回流比、塔顶压力对脱异戊烷塔操作的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与实际操作一致,脱异戊烷塔塔顶、塔底温度模拟值与实际值相差约为3℃,塔顶产品中碳五质量分数大于99%;在脱异戊烷塔回流比为1.6,塔顶压力为0.40MPa,塔底再沸器热负荷为11.10MW,塔顶冷凝器热负荷为7.98MW的最优条件下,加氢裂化轻石脑油进料量为27.0t/h,塔顶碳五产品产量为34.4t/h,较原有工况增产16.4t/h。
