摘要:采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子探针显微分析(EPMA)等测试手段,对在1000℃退火的Fe-Al-Mn-C系钢进行了研究。试验确定了1000℃时Fe-Al-Mn-C四元系钢中奥氏体γ、铁素体α及κ碳化物之间的平衡关系,并与热力学计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:Fe-9Al-Mn-C四元系钢在1000℃时的κ-碳化物稳定性较高;现有Fe-Al-Mn-C体系的热力学数据库无法很好地描述高碳区相平衡,因此其热力学参数仍有待进一步优化;研究所得Fe-Al-Mn-C四元系1000℃的相平衡关系可为该体系热力学数据库的优化提供试验依据。
