摘要:采用模板剂法合成了具有三维孔道结构的MCM-48二氧化硅纳米球形颗粒。将MCM-48分散到含三醋酸纤维素(CTA)的铸膜液中,通过相转化法制备了MCM-48/CTA正渗透复合膜。复合膜的表征数据表明,MCM-48成功的掺杂到CTA膜中,而且随着MCM-48含量的增加,膜的亲水性增强,孔隙率增大。正渗透实验结果表明,以纯水为原料液,1 mol/L NaCl为汲取液时,与纯CTA膜相比,MCM-48/CTA膜水通量增加一倍,达到了14.2 L/(m~2·h),反向盐通量为0.15 mol/(m~2·h)。表明,MCM-48纳米颗粒可以有效的优化CTA正渗透膜的分离性能。
