摘要:通过单因素实验和正交验证得到Fenton试剂降解壳聚糖废液的实验操作条件:25mL处理液,初始pH=3,终了pH=10,Fe2+(10gFe/L)5mL,30%H2O20.5mL搅拌60min,静置8h.在该实验条件下,常温和80℃时Fenton试剂降解壳聚糖废液的COD去除率分别为58.91%和72.97%,常温时Fenton试剂对其中醋酸钠难降解有机物的降解效率达到16.93%.利用紫外扫描法分析了该过程的动力学过程,将将其分为两个近一级反应阶段,反应速率常数分别为-0.0459和-0.0022.考察了Zn2十、Co2+、Cd2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Ni2+对Fenton试剂的辅助催化作用,结果表明:常温下Co2+的辅助催化效果最好,使COD去除率达到74.22%,较未加时提高了25.99%.
