摘要：A research team from Sandia National Laboratories,California,has developed a crawling robot that can automatially inspect wind turbine blades visually and through ultrasonic imaging.Wind turbines are a great source of clean power,and routine inspection and repair for turbine blades is a must,but it is a challenging task for humans.Sandia National Labs researchers have created a robot that can inspect the enormous blades of turbines autonomously,to ensure the operation of the green power infrastructure.
