摘要:目前,表面冷凝器铝换热器(SCAL)型间接空冷系统(间冷)循环冷却水的水质运行控制尚无标准可依,间冷循环水水质对系统金属材料腐蚀的影响也缺乏系统研究。本文根据间冷循环水水质特点,通过实验室模拟实验研究水中痕量SO4^2-、Cl–以及pH值等因素对碳钢和纯铝腐蚀的影响。结果表明:水中痕量(≤1mg/L)的SO4^2-和Cl^–均可加速碳钢腐蚀;SO4^2-对碳钢腐蚀表现出自催化效应,同样质量浓度的SO4^2-比Cl^–对碳钢腐蚀危害更大,而SO4^2-对纯铝表现出缓蚀作用;溶液pH值上升则会加速纯铝腐蚀。
