摘要:对小型汽车总装车间主线上现有装配线进行FDS台车优化,并引入磁导自行小车(AGV)系统进行整合。将AGV、FDS台车两种柔性系统组合成新的输送系统,并对新系统在装配车间的各主装配线上装配工艺进行可行性研究分析,从而开发出一种新型超高柔性输送系统,以降低其扩能改造成本。
