摘要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米SiO2微球,并在其表面包覆了一层SnO2.用X射线衍射仪及透射电镜对其进行了晶相和形貌分析.结果显示:SnO2被成功地包覆在SiO2表面,且包覆物保持了SiO2微球原有的分散性.将样品制备成锂离子电池负极材料,充放电测试表明:该种材料具有较好的电化学循环性能.与溶胶凝胶法制备的纯SnO2相比,尽管复合材料的首次充放电容量稍低,但经过20次循环后,复合材料的充放电容量分别高出105.6%和80.7%,说明用该方法制备的复合材料具有较好的应用前景.
