摘要:双离合自动变速箱(DCT)不仅要有优异的自动换挡性能,同时也要有较高的传动效率。本文基于某量产DCT变速箱,针对3档齿轮副通过台架试验,对比在规定工况下不同的齿轮精度以及相同精度时不同加工工艺对于变速箱传动效率的影响。试验结果表明,6级精度(磨齿)较7级、8级精度(剃齿)的3档齿轮副传递效率高约0.6%,同时,磨齿6级精度齿轮副比剃齿6级精度齿轮副的平均传动效率高约0.4%。
