摘要:引入SMED快速换模理念,强调SMED持续改进的必要性;总结了SMED与传统换模的区别以及SMED实施步骤。以CNC-65S弯管机为实施对象,进行了SMED改进,单次换模停机时间由原来的1419s减少到171s,直管、弯管半成品库存减少,场地占用面积由760m^2减少至200m^2。
