根据功率超声振动车削的加工特点,在原有设备的基础上,改进并设计了适于镁铝合金加工的纵向超声振动车削装置,该装置由压电换能器、复合变幅杆、换能器外壳、刀具、刀具安装部分和装置安装部分组成,并对变幅杆和整个装置系统进行模态分析,得到变幅杆和整个装置系统的共振频率分别为21.611KHz和18.236KHz,分析结果符合设计要求,为进一步实验打下了基础.

为评价硫酸盐对早龄期混凝土的腐蚀程度,对标准养护及2种浓度硫酸盐溶液腐蚀下的混凝土试件进行抗压强度和超声波速的测定.结果表明:在早龄期内,随硫酸盐溶液浓度和龄期的增大,剩余强度因子和剩余波速因子减小,腐蚀程度加深;对剩余强度因子和剩余波速因子进行线性回归分析显示,两者具有良好的线性关系.通过测定超声波速的变化,利用剩余波速因子可以较好地反映混凝土早期受腐蚀程度的大小.
