目的:了解舒弗美缓释片对严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效.方法:对20例COPD患者使用舒弗美缓释片每日二次,每次200 mg口服,连续治疗4周.结果:治疗后峰值呼气流速(peak expiratory flow rate,PEFR)比治疗前明显好转.治疗时间越长,改善越明显.医患双方对临床疗效评价的有效率分别为85%、80%.结论:使用舒弗美缓释片治疗COPD有良好的疗效.

在以往的广播电视系统建设中,由于项目对内服务的目的性强,使用时间相对比较长,因此对项目的盈利性要求不高。随着IT技术在广播电视系统的逐步应用,系统的更新周期大大缩短,同时更多高新技术的应用,系统投入加大,这就需要对系统在投入前期进行经济效益的分析,以保证项目的投入具备预期的经济和社会收益。本文通过对项目投入和产出在数量上和时间上的二维分析,阐述了时间价值在项目评估中重要性。
